  1. Pasaraya Marzan Apps Membership Application Form.
  2. Purchase online www.marzansupermarket.com.
  3. Member registration through the Pasaraya Marzan Application.
  4. Job application form.
  5. CCTV recording.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTION.
We collect your personal data to:

  1. Processing your application to purchase goods, collection and redemption of points reward.
  2. Deliver our products to the location of your choice.
  3. Resolve problems / complaints / recommendations given.
  4. Sending promotional sales for marketing purposes.
  5. Processing employee information for the purpose of payment of salary, EPF, SOCSO, Tax
    Income and other matters related to the Human Resources Division.
  6. Process employee information to examine the level of education, professional qualifications and employee history for appropriate positions.
  7. Contact family members / referrals in case of emergency.
  8. Referral in case of emergencies / complaints received.

We process your personal data only within Malaysia. No personal data is transferred outside Malaysia.

DISCLOSURE.
We will disclose your personal data to:

  1. The system providers appointed for the purpose of processing information / data according to the criteria in the system.
  2. The sender of the goods / documents will carry out the process of delivering the goods /
    documents.
  3. Authorities / Management for further reference / investigation purposes.
